Well & You is a rapidly growing, physician-led healthcare platform transforming the outpatient experience. We combine advanced interventional capabilities with a concierge-level patient model in a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center (ASC).
We are seeking board-certified Interventional Radiologists to join a high-volume, outpatient-only practice designed for physicians who want to operate at the top of their license—without hospital constraints.
Position Highlights:

This is an ideal role for physicians who want autonomy, efficiency, and financial upside in a modern clinical environment.
Procedural Scope:
Perform a broad and advanced range of outpatient IR procedures, including:
Arterial Disease
- Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) Interventions
- Limb Salvage Procedures
Venous Disease
- Thrombectomy and Nonthrombotic Iliac Vein Interventions
- Varicocele Embolization
- Ovarian Vein Embolizations
Interventional Oncology & Advanced Embolization
- Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE)
- Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE)
- Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE)
- Hepatic Artery Embolization (HAE)
- Y90
- Bone Tumor Embolizations
Access & Dialysis
- Dialysis Access Creation and Maintenance
- Vascular Access Management

Compensation
Salary Range:
$700,000 – $1,000,000+
Compensation structure includes:

Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Interventional Radiology
- Minimum 2 years post-residency experience preferred
- Ability to independently perform the core IR procedures
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume procedural environment
